Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Life in supply is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and unbelievably high quality standards. We use our supply group to help our communities during times of disaster by packaging cans of emergency drinking water. Our customers expect the best and the Supply team provides it! Plan, direct and control daily operations of the warehouse including; in-plant inventory management, preparing production schedules, creating metal forecasting and executing to plan, overseeing and managing the metal reconciliation process
Understand, communicate, and reconcile monthly physical inventory of finished goods, scraps and coils
Supervise in-plant administration and control of all finished goods shipped from plant to consumer location
Supervise all warehouse and shipping personnel, ensuring critical metrics are met, with the ability to influence team members when vital
Manage and report out on Logistics Pillar using management system tools
Regularly assess processes and identify improvement using the PDCA process.
Order bulk materials needed for production processes and complete weekly inventory of primary materials
Bachelors Degree required, logistics or accounting degree preferred
Two plus years of warehouse/distribution or accounting experience preferred.
Experience with inventory management/production scheduling
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Windows PC applications, including Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel
Proficiency with SAP or other query type software required.
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
Take corrective action to resolve errors or inconsistencies.
Ability to prioritize feature work
Self-manage and work well with some supervision.
