Aerotek Quality Technician in Bridgeton, Missouri
Day to day: - Technicians are largely going to spend their day in plant environment or warehouse (90%). 1 tech would be doing hourly line checks, ppe checks, food safety checks and the other would be inspecting all incoming raw material components. Pull material and inspect every pallet, tag, hold&release of all raw material. Start getting material from 6AM-noon, so that’s also part of the job. - When they are not out on the line, they will be helping to enter coding dates, metal detectors set up correctly and performing - Hold & release- will learn how to use moisture analyzer and viscometer. Take ph of waste water to be tested - Take care of retained program, enter data from water and moisture analysis. - Helping Savannah with internal audits and make sure production team is filling out their paperwork correctly - Maintain clenalinees of lab

Qualifications: • Entry level candidate with associate’s or bachelor’s degree in science (no engineering) • Coachable, willing to train, and eager to get into a manufacturing • QA Behavioral Questions to ask: o Attention to detail o Communication (interpersonal savvy) o Coach-ability o Analytical/Problem Solving Skills o Time Management/Organization • Someone who wants to move up and advance in a company.
