Pipeline Planner Co-Op

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Pipeline Planner Co-Op, are to:
Analyze gaps to pipeline on time and in full metrics;
Build flow maps, data analytics, volume analysis, lead time studies and metric trends which help identify the gaps in on time and in full performance;
Work collaboratively with other planning, delivery and technical resources to gather data and ideate on solutions;
Create scenarios for change, weighing various options, cost to implement, ease of implementation and adoption change management considerations;
Identify roadmap for change implementation, kickstart aspects of the change.

Pursuing a graduate level degree (Master or Ph.D.) in business administration, supply chain, data science, process engineering or information systems areas of study;
Experienced in excel, database management, programming, OR modeling.
Experience working in an agronomic and or small batch manufacturing environment;
Experience with manipulating high volume, complex, data;
Experience working with diverse teammates;
Advanced excel skills.
