Description: A Research Analytics Scientist job in St. Louis, MO is currently available through Belcan. To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree (MS/Ph.D is preferred) and a minimum of two years of experience in Analytical chemistry, biochemistry, Agronomy, biology or a related technical field.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of researchers that performs protein characterization and Mass Spec method development.
Research Analytics Scientist job duties:
Perform analytical sample treatments including but not limited to in gel enzyme digestion, in solution enzyme digestion, protein extraction in plants tissues
Can be involved with mass spec method development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, MS/Ph.D is preferred
Two or more years of experience in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, Agronomy, biology or a
related technical field
- Experience with proteins, analytical chemistry, mass spectrometry for protein identification and
quantification is preferred
Experience with ELN and other electronic systems
Familiar with quality management systems
