Great Employer with upward mobility seeking Sewing Technician. This position will be involved in producing sports jerseys for all Professional sports! Their major clients are NIKE, UNDER ARMOUR and ADIDAS!!

Working hours will be Monday -Friday from 7am-3:30pm and has a very strong opportunity to go full-time with benefits after 520 hours worked! $10.30/hour to start!!!

Client is willing to train!!





Operate various sewing machines to perform a sewing task as assigned. Examples of sewing machines include surger, single needle and double needle.


Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Operates various sewing machines
  • Guides parts under needle, using fingers and hands, and following edges, seams, guides on machines manual or automated
  • Puts various components together and sews to make a part(s) for a finished product
  • Places spools of thread on spindle and draws thread through machine guides, tensions and eye of needle
  • Observes or feels stitching to detect defects and notifies supervisor of repair needs when defects are caused by machine malfunction
  • Also responsible for sewing names, numbers, logos and patches
  • Trims patches and threads

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: No prior experience or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read limited number of two-and three-syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Ability to write and communicate effectively

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS: No computer skills required.

LIST OF SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT: Ability to operate various industrial sewing machines ,Scissors, Trimmers
