This includes maintaining and improving the facility and production equipment. You will develop and maintain plant preventive maintenance programs as well as lead projects involving installation, modification, or renovation of current building and equipment. You will work closely with corporate engineers, suppliers, contractors, and plant partners to insure customer needs are met.less than/p>less thanp>less than/p>less thanp>less thanb>What youll do:less than/b>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>Monitor repair history and downtime records and administers the Preventive Maintenance program.less than/li>less thanli>Contribute to the development of methods and equipment to improve productivity, capabilities; solve operating problems.less than/li>less thanli>Coordinate projects and routine efforts with various plant departments. Define required resources needed and establish action plans to assure controls are built into schedules that adequately measure project progress and monitor adherence to time, cost, and project parameters.less than/li>less thanli>Prepare data and calculations for expenditure estimates.less than/li>less thanli>Prepare and administer the labor budget and repairs and supplies budget for: energy systems, electrical and facilities maintenance, and administer utilities budget.less than/li>less thanli>Make recommendations for equipment placement of modifications. Coordinate installation of all new equipment and renovation of existing equipment, facilities and grounds.less than/li>less thanli>Coordinate training and development programs including safety programs for high skill level groups; monitor developmental progress of partners and develop plans for improving performance.less than/li>less thanli>Coordinate process development and engineering design with Corporate Engineering. Participate in systems analysis, automation feasibility and justification studies. Produce working drawings of equipment and floor plans. Investigate new technology in production methods and recommend application for Schreiber Foods.less than/li>less thanli>Develop and administer energy conservation programs to best utilize resources while minimizing costs.less than/li>less thanli>Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.less than/li>less than/ul>less thanp>less than/p>less thanp>less thanb>What you need to succeed:less than/b>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>Bachelor degree in engineering, business, food science or related fieldless than/li>less thanli>Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Engineering Managementless than/li>less thanli>Strong leadershipless than/li>less thanli>Continuous improvement mentalityless than/li>less thanli>Problem solver with a high degree of communicationless than/li>less thanli>Skills: Food processing equipment knowledge, electronics, computers, PLC's, boiler and refrigeration, general equipment maintenance, preventative and predictive maintenance knowledge.less than/li>less thanli>Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunitiesless than/li>less thanli>Internal Partners completed two-years in current roleless
