The 2019 Company Innovation in Engineering Program will take you down a path of limitless opportunity. This two-year project based program offers the opportunity to work in one or more of the Company Development and Technical Centers and Production Facilities across the US. In order to increase Company knowledge and development, assignments will span multiple facilities and/or functions during the length of the program. Program participants will join Company engineering team and innovate in the science of motion performance. Whether your engineering focus is in manufacturing, process, quality, packaging or research and development, you can help Company build efficient and effective components and systems for the industrial and automotive worlds. The purpose of this program is to accelerate professional development through project-based business assignments. And the benefits are to gain diverse engineering and manufacturing experience. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: * B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical, Manufacturing, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, minimum 3.2 GPA * Graduation date between December 2018 and June 2019 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS: * Manufacturing or experience as an intern or co-operative student in a highly regulated domestic or international manufacturing environment, strongly preferred * Excellent communication verbal and written, ability to work as a contributing member of a fast paced engineering team * Positive attitude and strong desire to learn * Geographically mobile you will receive relocation assistance Company is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer and is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
