Maritz Engineering Lead - MaritzCX - Fenton in Fenton, Missouri

To lead and direct a technical team to deliver high quality, innovative technical services that generates client or stakeholder value, competitive advantage to achieve Maritz business needs.

Scope

Monitor and troubleshoot current and potential delivery issues; delegate and assign appropriate staff for problem resolution; provide appropriate followup; delegate responsibilities as appropriate. No budgetary responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Responsible for managing a technical team that provides solution for internal or external clients. Involved in problem resolution and process development. Analyze workflow, delegate projects and meet departmental goals. Act in alignment with client or user needs and system functionality. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions.

Team Leadership: Lead team by training and coaching employees. Conduct interviews and make recommendations for new hires or consultants. Communicates job expectations and provides performance feedback. Assigns projects and manages team workload.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent experience.

  2. 2-3 years of experience in an IT related role.

  3. Proven working experience as a lead, manager or relevant experience.

  4. Solid understanding of IT Technologies and project management tools.

  5. Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.

  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
