In this role, you will be responsible to plan and execute the maintenance planning systems to ensure reliability and optimize machine and building life cycle.Tasks (Description of main tasks) Creation and oversight of maintenance plans in CMMSResponsible for equipment master data including BOMsCoordinate parts management for maintenance work ordersGenerate and report local, regional and/or global Maintenance KPIs, for example: planning rate, maintenance costs, days on hand for spare parts, maintenance efficiency, sustainability, etcImplementation of new maintenance strategies and processesCoordination of in-house and external services for maintenance including contracts and service order preparationCoordination of project related work orders including production relocation, new machine installation and major overhaulsResponsible for the technical completion of maintenance orders including validation of service entriesProm ote and support company policies, guidelines and mission statementsCo mply with work standards, identify opportunities for quality improvements, and report quality incidentsEnsure a Lean concept within the company by utilizing continuous improvement effortsSupport maintenance management with cost reduction methods and escalation of discrepanciesOrder management including purchase requisitions / ordersFormal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.) Associate degree or certification in technical field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency3 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environmentExperience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SAP requiredPreferred experience in maintenance related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical thinking skillsGoal and results orientedStrong problem solving and decision-making skillsExcellent time management and organization skillsKnowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949:2016Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExpertise in data management and reporting in ExcelProficiency in EnglishSchaeffler is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Disabled VeteransEqual Opportunity Employerminorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
