Lead Organizational Change Consultant
As a Lead Organizational Change Consultant, you create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives. You will build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, while supporting the design and developing of organizational communications. It is important in this position to provide direct support and coaching for managers by conducting analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Organizational Change Consultants also understand success metrics, monitor change progress and provide updates on change readiness to leadership. You will collect analyze data throw interview, observation and informal discussions to understand an organization’s culture, success factors, and barriers.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 10 years consulting work experience
At least 5 years change management work experience
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - Association of Change Management Professionals
Advanced degree in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Psychology or similar field
Industry certification (ACMP, PROSCI)
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metropolitan area or live within 60 miles of a major international airport
