JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list.   • Work closely with the SVP of Treasury Management in the market.

  • Coordinate workflows to successfully deliver product agreements and implement products.

  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and services as well as knowledge of the industries or market areas served.

  • Provide a full range of client services including identifying prospective clients and the needs of current and prospective clients, marketing new and enhanced services and assisting associates in the Treasury Management Department to deliver services efficiency and professionally.

  • Educate both clients and associates on Treasury Management products and distributes information from Treasury Support to clients and associates.

  • Update and provide technical and sales assistance and training for clients and associates and assists in preparing on-going sales training for Relationship Managers, SVP Commercial Banking and Regional Managers.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services as appropriate

  • Assist with and complete client agreements, reviews agreements for accuracy and conducts follow up with clients for modifications and corrections.

  • Participate in auditing all treasury agreements applicable to risk.

  • Develop and maintain treasury files and a range of reports including the identification of profitable treasury services accounts, sales production reports and analysis of client activity.

  • Assist Treasury Management Manager with updating procedures and disclosures.

  • Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

  • Interact with others (co-workers, management, clients, and vendors) in a professional and tactful manner including treating them with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

EDUCATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Required: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:

  • Associate’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline or related combination of education and work experience.

  • 3+ years in a financial services support role that includes an active role in client support, cross-selling, product knowledge and computer skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline or related combination of education and work experience.

  • 5+ years in a financial services support role.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The following is intended to give an overview of the work environment of the position, but is not an exhaustive list.

  • Office setting with traditional hours.

  • Standing for minimal periods of time (typically no longer than 30 minutes).

  • Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

  • Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.

  • Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.

  • Must be able to travel to the extent as necessary.
