Job Description

Under limited supervision, develops new prospects or supports

existing customers to increase sales in the cold storage market.

Supports cold storage market growth by working through existing Heatcraft Sales and customers helping to identify and support new customers. Performs box-load calculations to select the correct products to assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. Can input and help specify quotes for custom solutions on customer specific plans and actions. Insures high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships, and high potential for repeat business with customers.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education

and experience. Requires at least 5 years of related experience.

Requirements:

  • Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and time management

  • Expert knowledge of box-load calculation and refrigeration equipment selection including custom solution selling

  • Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling

  • products or services including: marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems

  • Knows principles and processes for providing customer service which includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for

  • services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Requires substantial industry and product knowledge

  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
