3RD Shift Steel WELDER

Starting pay is $14.00 - $19.50/hr. depending on experience & results of a weld test

Shifts: 1 st (6:00am - 2:30pm) and 3 rd (9:30am to 6:00 am) - there will be lots of overtime, so these shift

times may be extended

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

We are looking for both aluminum, steel, and galvanized welders. As a welder, you will setup and operate welding equipment safely and productively in a manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail will allow you to perform inspections, adjust welders as needed, and validate that welders, hand tools and weld fixtures are in good working order.

You will be on your feet throughout your shift, and will need to work at pace that meets productivity standards, while maintaining quality standards. Responsible for keeping work area clean and neat as well as completing daily cleaning schedules.

Working hours: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:

Setup and operate welders

Adjust welders as needed to maintain part quality

Load welding fixtures correctly

Safety conscious

Qualifications:

Manufacturing experience preferred

Previous experience in MIG/TIG welding or recent completion of welding program

Familiarity with welding tools and procedures

Basic math skills

Experience with hand/power tools
