The Boeing Company Manufacturing Operations Analyst, Level II in Saint Charles, Missouri
The Weapons Operations Leadership Team is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Analyst, Level 2 to work safety improvements, process improvements, affordability initiatives and to support operations across the production teams and production support functions.
Position responsibilities include
Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
Provides limited feedback on assessment results.
Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.
Works under general supervision.

Typical Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a pro-active person who is focused on safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence in support of the organizations/programs strategies.
Must possess current or previous Project Management processes experience.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power Point, Excel, and Project Schedule
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communications skills and be able to make sound, logical, business based recommendations and presentations to shop floor team mates, Managers, Senior Managers and Executives.
Must have strong understanding of Operations Management practices, Industrial Engineering processes, Manufacturing Engineering processes and Lean Manufacturing Best Practices.
Familiar with Value Stream Mapping Workshop and Accelerated Improvement Workshop processes.
Bachelor's degree and with preference towards candidates with an applicable advanced degree.
