Prepare, review andaudit for completion and accuracy all assigned records, calibration, anddocumentation in assigned area to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
Read and followschedules, procedures, and documents.
Assist in trainingother employees in an area of responsibility as assigned.
Assist staff indeveloping new procedures and methods or improving old ones.
Use and understandcomputer assisted data entry, and process logic controllers (PLCs) includingSAP.
Assist lower laborgrades as needed to insure the completion of daily tasks.
Assist validationgroup perform department equipment validations needed
Start-up, operate,monitor, maintain, and assist in troubleshooting of all production equipment inassigned department including the EU Building B fillers and all departmentlyos.
Maintain equipmentcalibration schedules for routine instruments as defined by SOP’s.
Teach aseptictechniques and monitor others to assure aseptic technique is properly followedin a production environment.
Evaluate and teachthe pre-requisites for pre-sterile filling activities, such as but not limitedto, component sterilization, verification of component sterilization, equipmentcleaning, room cleaning, room monitoring including air flows from HEPA filters,room pressures, set-up, equipment sterilization.
Check theavailability of all items required to maintain schedules, procedures, anddocumentation.
Perform housekeepingand safety inspections and issue reports of said inspections.
Assist in thetransfer of new products, new test methods, new production processes, and newtechnology.
Aseptically gatherand transfer samples for QC testing.
Interpret allprocess indicators, controls, and PLC controllers in assigned department.
Monitor the statusof bio-security and recommend improvements.
Perform filterintegrity testing and prepare accurate documentation.
Perform scheduledpreventative maintenance
Assist technicianunder supervision
Required to performwork of a lower classification as needed.
All personnel willbe required to routinely go through an aseptic qualification program to ensureadequate aseptic techniques and behavior.

High school diplomaor equivalent
Good verbal andwritten communication skills and ability to train others.
Perform calculationsand conversions involving weights, volumes, and percentages.
Ability to use basiclogic to identify and solve problems
Knowledge and skillto recognize creative ideas that add value and are able to be implemented toimprove efficiency, effectiveness and reduce complexity for department
Demonstratedunderstanding of systems, equipment, and processes
Experience withWindows Operating System.
Proficient reading,comprehension and application skills toward a diverse set complicated tasks.
Ability to wear arespirator if required of the job, no pulmonary restrictions.
Sustained heavylifting over extended periods of time.

Header tank weighs43 pounds and is a 2 person lift.
Case of 500 mlbottles-11 lbs, 70 cases per pallet, 10 pallets

Must be able toproceed independently in product processing in accordance with standardmethods, standard operating procedures, and Manufacturing Directions, usingproper aseptic techniques.
Must be legallyauthorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing totake a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years ofage or older
