PDS Tech Inc Health and Safety Technician in Saint Louis, Missouri

Responsibilities include working with the Emergency Response Manager on the St. Louis Emergency Response Program. Primary job task is to conduct training on CPR/AED, first aid, bloodborne pathogen, procedures and emergency response equipment to St. Louis Emergency Response Teams.

Provide emergency response training for St. Louis Off the Job program as well. St. Louis uses the American Red Cross curriculum.

Assist the Emergency Response Manager with inspection and repair of monitoring and communication equipment, as well as response vehicles (this role is only coordinating the repair efforts, not actually doing the repairs).

Assist with writing procedures and protocols, assisting with conducting emergency response drills, and assist the St. Louis ESH group with special projects as time allows.

Main focus is conducting training on Emergency Response procedures, not actually being part of the Emergency Response team.

Candidates with prior CPR certification is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided on-site.
