JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY OF POSITION: Project Monarch A multi-year global Operations, Quality and EHandS transformation program will be undertaking critical responsibilities for various areas of global operations. High level tasks include process design and documentation, improving process reliability, maintenance engineering competency and process risk management. The Mechanical Integrity Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and implementing the mechanical integrity program rollout at Company St. Louis Plant. This individual will have primary responsibility for implementing and managing a sustainable mechanical integrity program in accordance with the requirements of OSHA and EPA Process Safety Management requirements at various locations. Ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved as they pertain to Safety, Quality, Production, Cost Standards, and Operational Excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Manage Mechanical Integrity team, resources, project consultants, equipment inspectors, and other contracted personnel onsite * Communicate to key stakeholders to ensure support and sustainability of the Mechanical Integrity program * Conduct quality assurance reviews for deliverables received from contracted personnel * Provide and maintain forecast estimates for project related costs and general project task tracking for adherence to project milestone goals * Manage and approve project invoices for payment * Collaborate with other Company mechanical integrity personnel and maintenance teams to develop and implement procedures that meet the needs of impacted parties and strive for standard consistency across all sites * Develop and issue site level procedures, work instructions, and training documents for setting up equipment in Maximo CMMS in a consistent fashion. * Direct setup of equipment locations, assets, and applicable hierarchies within Maximo CMMS * Assist in locating and filing required equipment data. Formulate a plan for remediation of data gaps * Collaborate with other Company process safety program owners/engineers to ensure seamless program integration. This may include, but not be limited to, areas such as boundaries and scoping, instrumented safety systems. * Perform other tasks as directed by senior management. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: * Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Chemical, Mechanical, Maintenance Engineering or related field. Experience: * Minimum of 5 years experience in project management and maintenance or reliability. * Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience Preferred Skills/Qualifications: * Experience in creating, maintaining, and updating multiple project documents in a complex project environment The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
