1) Experience in IT infrastructure as well as secruity and audit
2) Degree in IT
3) 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in PM and an IT environment
4) NIST IT goverance cyber security

1) Good communication with all levels of an organization great follow up
2) Very organized, they use CAPPM tool not necessary to know very teachable, MS projects, a lot of Excel spreadsheets
3) Able to conduct a meeting
