Essential Functions Washington University in St. Louis, MO seeks Sr. Research Technician. Perform and analyze complex research studies using categorical or numerical predictors with linear regression analysis. Collect and enter data into computer programs and develop statistical models; perform analysis and monitor large data sets for quality control using time series analysis and linear and non-linear models; prepare solutions; maintain tissue culture; work with small lab animal physiology; maintain lab data files and assure safety compliance; maintain lab documents and specimen conditions; ensure lab conditions and equipment are clean in accordance with procedures; train and develop technicians; write summaries and present data. Masterandrsquo;s Degree (Biomedical or Biological Sciences preferred) and 24 months of experience in a research laboratory setting, with a preference in experience in developing and managing large data sets. In lieu of MS plus 24 months of experience, Department will consider the equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 7 years.
