Perform all routine maintenance to plant machinery, including industrial washers and dryers, boilers, and waste water treatment components.
Document all work performed as required by both law and company policy.
Perform basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
Perform building repairs of a moderate nature.
Order necessary parts, tools, and equipment in a timely manner by following company procurement policy.
Maintain proper maintenance and preventative maintenance records and documents.
Follow all safety, boiler, wastewater treatment, and water softener procedures to assure and efficient running of the plant.
Exercise proper safety techniques at all times(lock out/tag out)program.
Maintain compliance with all Federal , State, and Local laws regulation that affect the plant operations.
Support an environment of continuous improvement by making suggestions and implementing where possible.
