Primary Location: États-Unis (US) - Missouri (US-MO) - Springfield

Function: Supply Management / Logistics

Title: Part-Time Student - Production Scheduling - Springfield, MO - 45494

Your Responsibilities

  • Schedules and releases orders for simple (fewer capacity constraints, fewer work centers, fewer process, lower change over complexity) manufacturing processes of specifically assigned production lines.

  • Derives demand from schedule agreements in SAP, passed through from PDC systems.

  • Translates demand into production orders as supply elements, based off of SPERT order priority.

What It Takes

  • MS Office skills

  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management

  • Exposure or fundamental understanding of manufacturing

  • Some part-time or full-timework experience

  • Pursuing a major in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other relevant field

  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university

  • Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis

  • Graduation date of December 2019 or later

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

  • 16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year

  • 35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester

A strong candidate will also have

  • SAP Exposure

  • Remanufacturing experience

  • Some APICS CPIM Training
