Our goal at Fiserv is to ensure a deep understanding of our prospective clients’ business requirements and help drive new sales for the Fiserv PCLender products and services. This will be accomplished through product and technical expertise. To do this:
Your primary objective as a Client Solutions Consultant III within our PCLender team is to support the sales team as the Subject Matter Expert of the PCLender product suite.
You will support and maintain our various demonstration environments and deliver live demonstrations to our prospects and Fiserv clients as needed.

You will be able to demonstrate your skills with complex software management and delivery, exhibit solution selling capabilities, while selling with integrity and have a strong mortgage background.
As a Client Solutions Consultant III, you can look forward to:
Providing your expertise for the Sales organization to plan and execute appropriate system demonstrations that highlight the meaningful business functionality, requirements, and industry standards for mortgage lending practices.
Provide subject matter expertise on system configuration and administrative options.
You are responsible for the development and maintenance of standard methodologies within demonstration environments. In addition, when required to support unusual sales opportunities, you will provide analysis and set-up of specific workflow configuration, including, where appropriate, coordination of development activities with the Professional Services team.
Identify and document optional configuration and or professional service engagements to support client specific needs.
We will have you work cross-functionally with product and development teams to diagnose/resolve system issues/bugs/defects and improve overall solution.
Qualifications for consideration:
4 years + complex technology sales/delivery including demonstration of products to clients.
Familiarity with SaaS software configuration, delivery, implementation
In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and market conditions with ability to collaborate on Loan Origination, Operations, Compliance and Secondary Marketing topics. Also the understanding of mortgage production process including working with banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders (small to strong mid-market) within retail, wholesale and correspondent lending channels
Proven track record of success managing and configuring software applications
Deliver high caliber demonstrations and presentations of the software suite via the web and in-person
Knowledge other mortgage LOS products
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Dynamics and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
8 + years Loan Origination System (LOS) sales engineering
Experience with SQL, Tiered architecture, web service calls and code-based statement writing statements
High level of familiarity with SaaS applications, management and delivery via hosting services
Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, and/or related field or equivalent experience.
