Kelly Services Facilities Planner in st. louis, Missouri

18 month contract
Up to 42 an hour
Responsible for weekly move coordination. Receive and manage customer move requests via the Work Order system. Coordination with internal stakeholders to provide space plans, block plans, move/phasing plans and any additional space planning needs to support internal moves and projects. Create move drawings and material issue tickets for all moves. Coordinate moves with porters, IT, and networking teams. Maintain accurate seating/space utilization records working with Archibus and AutoCAD.
Receive and manage work order requests related to the Engineering and Design department. Management of internal laborers, third party vendors, consulting firms and outside contractors.
Working with the ergonomic team the Specialist Facilities Planner manages and tracks ergonomic request and facilitates ergonomic equipment installations. Responsible for related purchase order requisitions, invoice processing, financial tracking, vendor interactions, vendor quotes and other tasks.
Utilization of various software including AutoCAD, SAP and Archibus are required to manage purchase requests, work orders, invoices, space utilization and audits, employee moves and tracking and maintaining furniture inventory.
BS or BA in Interior Design from an accredited university (Preferred)
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Knowledge of construction and facility management preferred
3 years of space planning experience
Knowledge of IBC and ADA building codes
Experience with vendor management or procurement
