Post Holdings Graphics Coordinator in St Louis, Missouri


  • New Product Development & Product Packaging changes.

  • Participate & manage the approval process for all artwork internally

  • Managing the approvals and uploads to customer portals for artwork

  • Maintain & update project task lists

  • Maintain accurate records of label updates and ensure the accuracy of Golden Boy Foods' Digital Asset Management System.

  • Plan and execute packaging validations

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of all PL and Corporate projects (includes labels, cost reviews, specialized formula (in conjunction with QA), contracts etc.)

  • Maintain a clean & tidy work area

  • Other tasks may include

  • Complete customer forms (cost change, listing,)

  • Prepare and distribute data input for Commercialization reviews.

  • Prepare and distribute ad hoc sales report as required.


  • BS/BA degree in Food Science, preferable

  • 2 years experience in Food or Packaged goods industry

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills

  • Competent Microsoft product skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, )


  • Foundational knowledge of Food Regulations for North America

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Basic project management skills.
