Job Description

  • Resolve and prevent data quality issues through various methods of error detection, error prevention, and process controls and improvements.

  • Manage, analyze, and resolve data issues and manage internal customer requirements while adhering to data quality standards to ensure the master data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.

  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve issues through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.

  • Consult and partner with the People (HR) team to understand business issues and translate user insights into effective, user-friendly tools and processes.

  • Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as refining and developing processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data relevant fields such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize research findings into clear and concise requirements and meaningful insights.

  • Effective interpersonal and influential communication skills with the capacity to facilitate and initiate process change

  • Demonstrates creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow, including embracing new technology

  • Ability to effectively analyze, explain, and present technical information to a non-technical audience

  • Experience with Agile, Six Sigma methods, and project management

  • Expert proficiency in Excel
