Resolve and prevent data quality issues through various methods of error detection, error prevention, and process controls and improvements.
Manage, analyze, and resolve data issues and manage internal customer requirements while adhering to data quality standards to ensure the master data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve issues through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
Consult and partner with the People (HR) team to understand business issues and translate user insights into effective, user-friendly tools and processes.
Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as refining and developing processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in data relevant fields such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize research findings into clear and concise requirements and meaningful insights.
Effective interpersonal and influential communication skills with the capacity to facilitate and initiate process change
Demonstrates creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow, including embracing new technology
Ability to effectively analyze, explain, and present technical information to a non-technical audience
Experience with Agile, Six Sigma methods, and project management
Expert proficiency in Excel
