Honeywell Senior Project Engineer in St. Louis, Missouri

The Senior E2E Project Engineer will effectively deploy technical and project management skills to Engineer and Project Manage distribution and manufactured systems projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform engineering tasks including creating Autocad drawings, working with Oracle, and other detail engineering tasks.

  • Perform project management tasks include forecasting, schedule creation, change order creation, and project coordination tasks. Position will be the point of contact for customers and all resources involved in each project.

  • Leverage expertise and maintain strong relationships with internal SMEs, contractors, equipment manufacturers, suppliers and customers.

  • Plan, schedule, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on projects to achieve project deliverables and milestones.

  • Provide site support as required on projects including field survey, installation management, commissioning, and go live support trips.

  • Position requires travel as needed to support project and will require weekend and overtime at times


  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering

  • 3+ years of material handling system engineering experience


  • Conveyor system design and engineering experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to work independently and multitask

  • Willingness to learn new technologies

  • Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work

  • Creativity

  • Knowledge of material handling industry
