Job Description
The Director’s primary purpose is to ensure regulatory compliance with both environmental and safety regulations. The role requires extensive regulatory and technical knowledge to accurately assess all ES-related issues or projects and to positively impact the breweries’ KPIs. The position will primarily require oversight of the 12 domestic breweries’ ES team (dotted line) and manage two Zone positions. This role is critical in the Zone’s dream to Lead Future Growth by ensuring our license to operate and protecting our reputation.
Key Accountabilities
Regulatory compliance with all Environmental and Safety regulations including PSM
Drive strategic initiatives throughout the Zone
Technical program and training development for new initiatives and regulatory programs
VPO Management and SMS implementation and sustainable processes and best practice sharing
Regulatory liaison with external agencies, and legal counsel
Manage a team of diverse, tenured ES professionals
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science field
6-8 years of strong Environmental and Safety technical and regulatory experience
Regulatory agency experience regarding negotiating, permitting, and inspections
Experience in supply facility or manufacturing facility
Leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, collaborate at levels of the organization, experience management and developing a diverse team
