Organizational Change Consultant
As an Organizational Change Consultant on Cerner's Federal Change Management team you will collect and analyze data through interview, observation and informal discussion to understand an organization’s culture, success factors, and barriers. Build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. You will also need to understand success metrics, monitor change progress and provide updates on change readiness. You will also define and build a plan to address anticipated resistance and identify development opportunities for change sponsors.

A Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of consulting work experience
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communications, Education, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent and relevant work experience
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - Association of Change Management Professionals
At least 2 years of change management work experience
At least 2 years of Healthcare IT consulting work experience
Clinical and hospital operations acumen
Healthcare workflow impact analysis
Cerner Millennium Solution knowledge
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Must be located in the Kansas City metropolitan area or near a major international airport
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
